1. The service

ShadowAI is an AI platform providing chat, image generation, code and game generation, presentations, voice mode, text-to-speech, and productivity plugins, built and operated by an independent developer. It's provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and we're not liable for damages arising from its use.

2. Plans and credits

Usage across every tool draws from a shared credit pool. The Free plan includes 30 credits per day, no card required. Paid plans (Pro and Ultra) include a larger monthly credit allowance at the prices shown on the Pricing page, and one-time credit top-ups are also available. Exact limits, prices, and included credits are shown on the Pricing page and may change — we'll keep that page current rather than duplicating numbers here that could drift out of date.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card or bank details. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period. For a billing issue or refund request, contact us through the Support page — we handle these case by case rather than through an automated policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use ShadowAI responsibly. Don't use it to generate illegal content, to spam or abuse the service, or to attempt to circumvent credit limits or account restrictions. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of what you create with ShadowAI (chat output, generated images, code, presentations). We claim no ownership over it. You're responsible for how you use what the AI generates, including verifying accuracy before relying on it for anything important.

6. Changes

We may update these terms, plan limits, or pricing over time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
